Raiyan Pharma - Pharmacy Management System

Raiyan Pharma is a pharmacy management system developed for a local client in Bangladesh to streamline pharmacy operations. The system includes configurable settings such as company name, logo, contact number, and other business details, providing flexibility for customization.

The core feature of the system is an intuitive POS interface that allows fast and efficient sales processing. While generating a POS entry, the system visually indicates stock availability and checks for expiry dates. If a specific medicine is out of stock, the system intelligently suggests alternative medicines of the same generic.

It tracks customer payments, outstanding dues, return amounts, and maintains a complete history of invoices and returns. It also supports prescription creation, which can be printed directly onto a prescription pad for professional use.

On the backend, the system efficiently manages supplier balances, customer balances, purchase and sales history, return purchases and return sales. The system can also track day-to-day sales and expenses, outside payments and receipts, daily closing balance, and calculate the adjustment amount. It also provides a robust stock management module that highlights low stock, out-of-stock, soon-to-expire, and expired medicines. This empowers the owner to make timely decisions about ordering and inventory management.
