Mayer Health Services is a comprehensive system developed for a Canadian service provider offering healthcare-related services such as Attendant Care, Housekeeping, Travel/Transport, Wound Care, and Respite. The system meticulously tracks the working hours of each caregiver and calculates the corresponding service amount automatically.
It also calculates scheduled and budgeted hours for individual clients on a monthly basis. A built-in calendar view helps visualize how many hours were scheduled for a client and what specific services they received. The system offers insights into total hours worked, categorized by client and service provider.
Additionally, the system supports invoice generation based on logged service hours and allows tracking of payment status, including total amount paid and any outstanding dues. This ensures transparent billing and efficient financial management for both service providers and clients.
