This compliance tracking system was developed for a client in the United Kingdom to monitor and manage compliance details for a predefined list of customers. To ensure secure access, the system uses a two-step login process where users receive a verification code via email. Only upon successful code verification can users access the system.

For each customer, users can add new compliance records that include What3Words (W3W) geolocation data. A map view powered by Google Maps displays all compliance entries, along with their corresponding next test dates, enabling easy scheduling and visualization. The system also evaluates compliance status, categorizing them as either satisfactory or unsatisfactory.

Each compliance record supports multiple attachments, including relevant certificates and additional documentation. The system includes an import feature using PHPExcel, allowing admins to efficiently upload bulk data from Excel files. Customers have their own panel where they can view and manage only their associated compliance records, ensuring privacy and independent control over their data.
