About the project
This system facilitates reservation management and includes additional features such as tracking income, expenses, and profit, managing staff salaries, reminding clients who missed appointments, and handling payments and purchases.
Daily, the system updates reminders for clients who have not taken services for over 30 days. From the reminder page, system users can manage follow-up contact with these clients.
Additionally, the system provides real-time updates on the number of clients waiting at reception and those who have already received services. The dashboard displays monthly financial metrics, including income, expenses, salaries, and profit/loss.
