About the project
This system was developed for a client in Germany with the primary goal of assessing the quality of real estate buildings. It uses a set of predefined criteria, each assigned specific points. Based on the user's selections, the system automatically calculates the total score.
The final evaluation is visually represented through dashboard and doughnut chart, indicating the overall level of fulfillment. Additionally, the system allows multiple users to be assigned to each project, enabling them to view project details through their respective user panels. Users can also add notes and upload various types of documents under each criterion, enhancing collaboration and documentation throughout the evaluation process.
