About the project
CHILDLINE DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is a custom-built platform developed for a client in Botswana. It is designed to efficiently manage and monitor various aspects of child welfare, including helpline calls, foster care assignments, psychosocial support, and donation tracking.
Key Modules:
- Foster Care: The system assigns one parent to each child while ensuring that no parent is assigned to multiple children. It captures detailed information about both children and parents, including attachments (e.g., documents), and provides the ability to print profiles.
- Psycho-Social Support: Tracks both helpline interactions and face-to-face counselling sessions, storing relevant case details for ongoing and follow-up support.
- Donations: Manages and monitors financial contributions from individuals and companies, with records of total donated amounts for transparency and reporting.
The system helps streamline data collection, maintain compliance, and support the operational needs of a child-focused nonprofit organization.
