PICA (Presidential Initiative on Continuous Audit) is a large-scale government auditing platform developed for a United States client. The system supports four distinct user roles with dedicated access levels:
- Admin: Full system control, including management of users (Auditor, MDA, Executive, Ministry), project creation, and auditor assignments.
- Auditor: Can view and update only the projects assigned to them. Once submitted, the project data becomes read-only. Auditors also access and print an “Auditor Form,” with or without filled data.
- MDA (Ministries, Departments & Agencies): Can create new projects and view a list of their submitted projects.
- Executive: Has visibility over all project records and reports. Executives benefit from a personalized dashboard for high-level insights.
The system includes an attractive and role-specific dashboard, especially tailored for Admin and Executive users. All user types can view project details and print them from the project list, supporting transparency and traceability.
