About the project
This online task management system was developed for a Canadian client to efficiently assign, track, and manage tasks among team members.
The core functionality includes assigning tasks to individual members, along with tracking both the bid day (estimated completion time) and actual day (actual time taken to complete the task). This allows for performance evaluation and project planning accuracy.
The system provides a user-friendly interface to manage daily operations, monitor task progress, and ensure accountability across the team.
